These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Go That Way website (the "Website") and your bookings with Go That Way ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents for the countries you visit on your tour, including passports, visas, health certificates, and proof of vaccinations. Please check with the relevant embassies or consulates before booking your tour.
We reserve the right to not confirm your booking until we receive full payment and all required documentation is signed and returned. Any changes or cancellations to your booking are subject to these Terms.
Please note that single travelers are required to pay the single supplement fee on all tours with accommodation.
Optional activities within National Parks or Reserves may incur additional conservation fees.
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Go That Way.
Failure to make a payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, subject to our cancellation policy.
While we strive for accurate pricing, prices may change due to factors beyond our control. We will use our best efforts to notify you of any such changes as soon as possible.
The tour price includes only the services and items listed in the itinerary.
Pre- or post-tour services booked through Go That Way are not part of the tour price and are subject to the cancellation terms of the third-party provider.
We reserve the right to adjust prices for activities subject to government regulations or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any such changes as soon as possible.
We aim for accurate pricing on the Website, but reserve the right to correct any unintended or obvious errors.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Your final charge may vary slightly if you pay in another currency.
We accept electronic funds transfer (EFT). Proof of transfer with a bank stamp must be emailed to Bookings@gothatway.co.za. Bank transfer fees are your responsibility.

We act as a tour aggregator and do not own or operate any of the services included in your tour. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider. We also disclaim liability for any events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather conditions, political unrest, or acts of God.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms, including in respect of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the price you paid for the tour.
We will not be liable for any delay or cancellation of your tour due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration shall take place in Cape Town, South Africa.
These Terms, together with any booking confirmation and any other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your booking and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
